The second annual Couture for a Cause by Burlington-based The Angel Project has landed local landmark Chelster Hall as the venue for this summer's event. The Angel Project raises funds to increase the quality of life of permanently hospitalized patients. They select complex care patients who do not have a circle of family and friends to visit, and provide basics like hospital outings, personal care items and presents at Christmas.
