Tourism Burlington is now mobile-friendly with the recent launch of its new mobile web-app. The responsive app functions like a native app but doesn't require downloading to your device and provides a complete guide to the city's tourism attractions, events, shopping, dining, accommodations and more including a mobile mapping feature with in-app directions. According to Linda Cvetanovic, Burlington's Leisure & E-marketing Coordinator, “Over 47 per cent of Tourism Burlington's online guests viewed our website on mobile [from January 1 to April, 2015] making it essential to provide a mobile site that optimizes the most popular features of the desktop version for our visitors.”
