The newly opened Beaumont Kitchen inside Saks Fifth Avenue brings fashionable all-day dining to Sherway Gardens. A new venture from Oliver & Bonacini (O&B) Restaurants, the launch is the first of two unique restaurant concepts to open in partnership with Saks. Spearheaded by O&B district chef Michael Hay, Beaumont Kitchen balances sophistication and comfort, health and indulgence with recipes using Canadian ingredients, modern Californian influences and subtle nods to Mexican, Middle Eastern and Italians flavours. “The menu at Beaumont Kitchen is ingredient driven, with a focus on natural flavours,” says Chef Hay. “By showcasing whole foods in simple, authentic and unique ways, our dishes will encourage guests to indulge without guilt.”
