Ancaster gets a taste of la vie Franí§ais with the opening of Caniche French Bakery, located at 346 Wilson Street. Specializing in boulangerie (baguette, pain de Campagne, fougasse), patisserie (éclairs, madeleines, macarons) and vienoisseries (croissant, pain au chocolat, brioche), quiche and seasonally inspired creations. Along with these delicious baked goods, all made in house daily by a French trained baker, are French-inspired take homes like Balzacs coffee, Kusmi Tea and Weir's Lane Lavender.
