Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and The King Street Food Company partnered to open the latest Jamie's Italian location. Opened in late June, the restaurant is the second to open in North America and is located in Mississauga's Square One Shopping Centre overlooking Celebration Square. The 6,400 square foot restaurant features an open kitchen, outdoor patio, leather banquettes, statement chandeliers and reclaimed wood accents and serves up Italian-inspired dishes with a Jamie twist. Through local and international partnerships, Jamie's Italian delivers the best and freshest ingredients from locally grown produce and sustainably sourced seafood to cured meats, cheeses and flour brought in from Italy for the most authentic dishes. Dishes include made-to-order pizzas, prawn linguine, turkey Milanese, Jamie's Italian's trademark antipasti bar and an award-winning kids' menu as well as gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
