The 21st annual Niagara Icewine Festival has become a winter staple in wine country. This January the Niagara region celebrates Ontario Icewine with a series of gala evening toasts, chestnut roasts, ornate ice bars, skating and winery tours. Specific events include Sparkle and Ice, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village, the Flash & Panache: Icewine Cocktail Competition, Icebreakers Comedy Festival, Shop, Sip, Sample & Savour and the new-this-year White on Ice Dinner.
