Local artisan tea producer Monarch Tea Co. knows that there is more to tea than dried leaves. Based in Hamilton and using a variety of unique local ingredients whenever available, owner Katie Cyr lovingly creates each bespoke loose leaf tea by hand even creating custom blends based on personal taste and desired health benefit. Take for example “Garden Party” which uses a soothing blend of Egyptian chamomile, rose petals and mint to create a calming tea that aids with digestion while helping to combat anxiety. Each package is closed with a combination of sourced fabrics and hand sealed with a wax stamp.
