Barra Fion Signature Rub

Created by Head Chef Brad Townsend, he says this rub is delicious on chicken, fish and vegetables.
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
½ tsp ground fennel seed
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp coriander, ground
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tsp all spice, ground
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tbsp ground cumin
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
Combine all ingredients well and store in an airtight container. Apply as a dry rub to your favourite chicken or fish, grill and enjoy.
