Cucumber Martini

Cucumber Martini

2 oz gin
1 oz Sour Puss Apple Liquor
1/2 oz sour mix or fresh lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
4 slices cucumber

MUDDLE three cucumber wheels with simple syrup in the bottom of a martini shaker.

TOP with ice, spirits and lime juice or sour mix.

SHAKE
and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

GARNISH
with cucumber slice and enjoy.
 
TIP Prepare simple syrup by mixing equal parts water and sugar. Bring water to a boil, add the same amount of sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.
