Canada's Baking and Sweets Show returns for its fourth year at the Toronto Congress Centre with the theme “The Land of Oz.” Presented by Redpath Sugar the show brings some of the world's best chefs and cake designers together for a series of demonstrations, classes and competitions from September 26 until September 28. This year's headliner, celebrity Chef and Food Network host Anna Olson, will be taking to the stage on Saturday, followed by popular New York cake designer Ron Ben-Isaac on Sunday.
