The flagship event of Winter in Wine Country is the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Festival, which includes a variety of icewine-inspired events taking place throughout January at member wineries. February rounds out the Winter in Wine Country experience with Days of Wine & Chocolate. This touring program takes place every weekend in February and pairs VQA wines with locally handcrafted chocolates created by Willow Cakes of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
