Throughout history the horizon line ““ the place where the sky meets land or water ““ has evoked strong emotions of fear, wonder and contemplation making it the perfect subject for artistic expression. In A Noble Line, a group exhibition curated by Marnie Fleming, Oakville Galleries' Curator of Contemporary Art, pieces from artists Robert Burley, Dan Flavin, Yves Gaucher, April Hickox, David Rokeby, Soft Turns, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Colette Whiten and Kevin Yates come together to showcase modern renditions of the horizon line.
