Canada's most promising hair and makeup artists will compete in teams ““ one hair and one makeup artist ““ in a series of innovative challenges for a grand prize trip to Paris, France to experience the prestigious world of L'Oréal. Each top hair and makeup artist will also attend the Toronto International Film Festival with L'Oréal Paris, create a beauty blog with chatelaine.com and be featured in Flare, Hello!
